Chosen for its beauty and importance to coffee production, the coffee flower is the starting point for the delicious drinks we make in our shop. After the flowers fall, they leave behind a small round nub that eventually grows into a fruit with one or two seeds over the course of a few months. These seeds are known as coffee beans. Once the beans are harvested, they are roasted and ground to make drinks like the ones found on our menu.
